Incompetent Nokia staff and Comtemptible Brand : Nokia

irritating, inefficient Nokia. The brand Nokia is totally dying in my world..... i am so pissed with their current phones, after sales service and customer service. wonder where they get their staff. incompetent fellows. customer service staff are the ones who interact with your customers, shouldn't Nokia pay more to ensure that these staff are people with calibre....now whenever i send my phone to the care centre, i am thinking, how long will the service take this time round. the 2nd time i sent in my phone - Musix Xpress 5610 - to the care centre, it took them amost a month to send my phone back to me. and this is only after i called them daily from the 2nd week onwards. i, the customer has to chase the centre for my phone while they being the provider and should be providing good customer service, did not call me when my phone is not ready for collection. hence a wasted trip on my side. and i did not even went down on the day they indicate on my service sheet, it was a day later. so i received neither the call to inform of the delay nor a call to tell me what is wrong with my phone, no replacement phone and no reply when i called to complain. the website is also shit. cos when i logged in my complaint via that, there was no response either in email or phone. nothing was done on their side. damn Nokia to the drain.

now i have really decided that no matter what, i will not buy a Nokia phone in future again. i gave them far too many chances and they blew it up right in their face. now this is the 3rd time i sent in my phone. no date was given to me on when i can collect. so i am blindly waiting and when i called them, the 1st customer service personnel who took my call gave me the wrong information saying that my phone was ready for collection. when i probed further as in when was the phone ready for collection and why was i not informed, he then panicked and realised that he has gave me the wrong information. then he kept asking me for the job number when i told me the very first time that i do not havw the job number with me right now. guess what was his reply. he said " in that case, u can call back again when you have the job number. cos without the job number, i cannot do a search for you". so i got pissed and said that i am currently at work and does he expect me to go home and get the number for him?" perhaps he realised that he should not have said that, so he said that it is not because he dun want to check but because he cannot check as their system was down. i was thinking, then you should have said so earlier and say that you will call me back after you have done a check once the system is up. nope he did nothing of that. ver bacd customer service.
but the 2nd guy was worse. i got upset when the 1st guy did not call me back so i called them again. this time round, that customer service personnel was worse. also asked for job number when i told him that i do not have it. he went on to check with my IC number then after checking he says that it is not ready blah blah blah.... then when i replied and he might have sensed that i am angry and will not give him e good rating for the survey, he actually went on to say"ok, thank you, goodbye" and hang up. that was when i was still talking and he did not even transfer me to the phone survey, which means he actually hang up to avoid the survey.

today i called them again after a week. no news of my phone still though it was in the final stage of testing since i last called them. this time round, the guy was kinda helpful and assisted me to find the information, but was unable to give me tha names of the previous 2 pax who answered my call. for i lost one of their names. in any case, he said that he will escalate the status of my phone and that one of the staff either from the care centre or the HQ's care centre will call me back within 24 - 48hrs, so i will wait and see whether they call me. i also got him to put up 2 complains to the 2 guys who answered my call previously and also asked that their customer service manager call me to update me on the action taken on that 2 guys. i will wait and see if they call me within the next 24 - 48 hrs. if they dun, well, i will be giving them free publicity via the media whether they like it or not.
